I started practicing yoga a bit by chance in 2008, but I had a hunch that this global discipline (physical as well as spiritual) could fulfill what was missing in my daily balance.
I practiced hatha yoga intensively for two years. This helped me ground myself, to feel more serene and made me discover the joy to simply exist.
After a two year break, I came back to hatha yoga, but also opened up to other types of yoga: first vinyasa and then Ashtanga which I discovered with Gérald Disse and Linda Munro. I took their teacher training in 2013 and since I practice Mysore style as regularly as possible and started giving some yoga classes.
I would like to invest myself in this kind yoga community through the Connection Karma association in order to share the benefits and the joys of practicing yoga.
To give a little of myself to allow less fortunate people to discover this practice which can change a life is a way to give back what my teachers give me every day.
