I discovered yoga for the first time in 2010 while studying International Development in Montreal. The more I started attending, classes, the more I noticed a sense of calm, patience, and discipline take root in me. After two years working in the humanitarian field in South America where I continued a self-practice but where I unfortunately had no access to classes, I decided to settle in Paris where I started practicing at Ashtanga Yoga Paris. Being surrounded by a beautiful community of yoga practitioners motivated me to deepen my practice and knowledge and so I completed the 200H teacher training in 2017. I continue to practice daily at Ashtanga Yoga Paris, and am so happy and grateful to be able to share the amazing benefits of this practice with the people around me.
