I discovered yoga when I was travelling in Australia for a year, in 2010. The sense of well-being was immediately present.

I’ve always been an active person, it’s sometimes difficult for me to find inner calm. Yoga, and sophrology that I practice too, have helped me to find balance and harmony between the mind, the body and the breathe. More I practice yoga, more I find some positive benefits in my way of living, my choices and my relations. I keep developing this positive force, for me and for people around, on my yoga mat and in my life.
