I started attending a weekly yoga class because of chronic back pain that had started to settle from working in front of a computer all day. Every week I looked forward to the moment when I would finally be able to stretch on my mat and relieve the tension. I wanted to find the feeling of lightness that spreads in the body after practice as often as possible. I also discovered the profoundly relaxing effects of deep breathing, in addition to all the positive changes it promoted at a nervous level.
To go further in this quest for balance and self-exploration on a daily basis, I decided to go to India to take my first teacher training. Back in Paris, with a desire to deepen my knowledge I followed another training with Linda Munro and Gérald Disse at Ashtanga Yoga Paris. Yoga had been giving me so much that the desire to spread its many benefits came to me naturally, so it is with great pleasure that I’ve started teaching for Connection Karma.
